her approach (CBT/ DBT, Solution Focused, Internal Family Systems, EFT) to align with her patients’ process towards healing and growth. Her passion is to help her patients learn
and master the tools to gracefully navigate life's challenges, thoughts, and triggers that may arise. She delves into what truly matters to her patients and identifies essential needs
in life.
Nora’s goal/aim is to support her patients’ journey of self-discovery by creating a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment conducive to healing. Nora develops strategies to address the root causes of vulnerabilities and foster meaningful social connections.
